Zylon® Corporation promises to never to share any information about our current or prospective clients or their projects or potential projects with any outside person, company or entity.

Confidential Information.

We will treat any information received from our current or potential customers, licensees or partners, which is notated as “Confidential”, in the following manner: Only those individuals within our organization with a “need to know” will be given access to Confidential Information supplied to us and only to the extent that the information is needed to respond to an inquiry by the provider of the information or to perform a task or project requested by the provider of the Confidential Information. At the end of the activity related to the supplied Confidential Information, the information will be destroyed, or if so requested, returned to the provider of the Confidential Information.
